Yes, it is possible. To add media please follow these steps: 1. Go to Application Settings 2. Click on “Manage FAQs” 3. Create or select the question you want to add media to 4. When editing your answer, click the video, image, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library then save

You can change the title from the Settings tab of the app. If you don't want to display the title, just turn it off under "Info to display".
